ECOWIND stands for the Education Council for Offshore Wind.
It is a framework that promotes the development of offshore wind talent through collaboration among power producers, EPCIs, manufacturers, O&M companies, commercial vessel operators, and educational institutions.
Through guest lectures provided by member companies, support for curriculum development, site visits, and internships, it cultivates the talent needed to sustain market growth toward 10 GW by 2030 and 30–45 GW by 2040.
