2025年6月 高専主催のワークショップ DAY 2 に参加。Compass 5.0 再生可能エネルギー（風力）分野担当高専本部・拠点3高専（函館・秋田・八戸）が主催したワークショップ DAY 2 に、事務局・11会員が参加。高専機構側で実施したワークショップ DAY 1 で議論した人材像にECOWIND側意見を反映してブラッシュアップ、産学で認識共有して人物像を形成してゆく作業。
2025年9月～10月 ワークショップ DAY 2 フォローアップ 。 6月のワークショップ DAY 2 の結果を踏まえ高専側にて人材像案を取り纏め、ECOWIND側参加者と意見交換を継続
2025年11月 高専主催の人材像合同検討会に参加。ワークショップ DAY 2 の結果を踏まえて高専側で策定した人材像案につきECOWIND側参加者と協議し、人材像最終化
Activity report for development of a competency profile
March 2025 – Participation in the KOSEN Next-Generation Education Conference. Vice Chair Aoyama and the Secretary-General participated in the 2nd KOSEN Next-Generation Education Conference, which was hosted by the National Institute of Technology (KOSEN) and invited representatives from industry and government. They took part in a workshop on curriculum design and teaching material development for Compass 5.0 – Renewable Energy (Wind Power).
March 2025 – Participation in the Wind Power Human Resource Development Symposium Hosted by KOSEN. Vice Chair Aoyama was invited, together with the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy, to the symposium organized by the KOSEN Headquarters and the three regional KOSEN campuses (Hakodate, Akita, and Hachinohe) responsible for the Compass 5.0 – Renewable Energy (Wind Power) program. He delivered the keynote speech and participated in a panel discussion on the qualities and competencies expected of future human resources by industry, academia, and government.
June 2025 – Participation in KOSEN Workshop Day 2. The Secretariat and 11 ECOWIND members participated in Workshop Day 2, which was hosted by the KOSEN Headquarters and the three regional KOSEN campuses (Hakodate, Akita, and Hachinohe) responsible for the Compass 5.0 – Renewable Energy (Wind Power) program. Building on the discussions from Workshop Day 1 conducted by KOSEN, ECOWIND members contributed their perspectives to refine and further develop the proposed human resource profile, working toward a shared understanding between industry and academia.
September–October 2025 – Follow-up to Workshop Day 2. Based on the outcomes of Workshop Day 2 held in June, KOSEN compiled a draft human resource profile and continued discussions with ECOWIND participants to exchange views and refine the proposal
October 2025 – Participation in the KOSEN Next-Generation Education Conference. November 2025 – Participation in the Joint Review Meeting on the Human Resource Profile Hosted by KOSEN. ECOWIND participants discussed the draft human resource profile prepared by KOSEN based on the results of Workshop Day 2, and together finalized the profile
